This has been my favorite Publix location. Always friendly customers service and I have always been able to find what I am looking for. The rotisserie chicken is always available on time and cooked to perfection. My son’s favorite are the juicy tenders and my daughter’s is the fresh delicious sushi.

Always out of sushi and have raised prices on it significantly. I shop Publix for ad's bc you couldn't afford it otherwise. Produce is good way better than Walmarts who's is terrible. Bakery good cake was above and beyond. Again way better than Walmarts. Great store but high on price. Staff good. Bakery staff very good. Seafood and sushi Dept needs improvement always empty of employees. Constantly being out of product you know everyone wants is a HUGE DEAL TO CUSTOMERS DOESN'T MATTER HOW NICE YOU ARE YOU LOSE MONEY.

Overall, the store is always stocked, neat & I can find items there that I can't find anywhere else in Cullman. However, some of the deli employees will look you dead in your face & ignore you standing there. I always have a very pleasant experience with Jayla in the deli dept, she is always so nice & helpful!

The night shift manager he’s a tall grey hair men. I was insta carting and had 3 separate orders. I asked politely to keep them separate to make it easier to deliver and not mess up customers orders . He disregarded me and kept mixing items it took me 20 extra minutes fixing it and was late delivering. As a customer as well as a delivery person it was very rude. He needs to get trained on bagging. Looked like a manager too. Disappointing for Publix.

They didn't have a corsage for homecoming that were real flowers! So I was forced to get a fake one! You will have to order your corsage early if you want it to be real! This was very disappointing considering it was homecoming day in one of the local schools that is not very far from this Publix location. You would think they would have made some to be ready for homecoming. Then the fake one was $25. I can only imagine what a real rose corsage looks like. I am completely amazed at the lack of customer service. It took 30 minutes to get someone to blow up 2 balloons for me. Then, I was forced to get the blue balloon weight when I just wanted a white one.
