I got the deluxe head spa service as a gift from my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and it did not disappoint! My technicians name was May and she was lovely.

First, she did the scalp analysis to establish a baseline. Then, you go into the serene cute changing area to change into your cute silk robe outfit and get escorted into a private spa treatment room. May put me to sleep several times because it was so relaxing between the head/neck/shoulder massage, the head tickle tool, and the conditioning.

After the treatment, you go back to change and to the skin analysis section again to get blow dried and analyzed again.

You even get complimentary cookie, water, and fruit!

My hair smells great, feels super soft, and I feel super relaxed. Can't wait to come back!!

I had a great experience getting the head spa treatment! Judy was kind and helpful. The space was clean and very relaxing, the only downside is it’s next to a Barre studio so you can hear the music next door at times! However, I would definitely come back. Thank you for a great experience!

Incredible Japanese Head & Scalp Therapy – So Relaxing!

My husband and I had the most amazing experience at Pur Artistry in Denver for a Japanese the Signature head and scalp therapy session. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The treatment itself was pure bliss—deeply relaxing and soothing, yet also invigorating. My scalp felt rejuvenated, and we left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free.

The attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch, and I truly appreciated the care taken throughout the entire session by Tee.

If you’re looking for a unique and deeply relaxing experience, I highly recommend Pur Artistry and Tee. I’ll definitely be back! (Honestly think I prefer this over a massage it was that amazing!)

I have so much great to say about the hair and scalp service - WOW! Such a pampering and relaxing experience.

Pros:
- They use a microscope to evaluate the scalp before and after the treatment - and I saw an unbelievable difference in the cleanliness and health of my scalp when the service was completed.
- The service is wonderful and relaxing. I really enjoyed the "hair play" and water halo.
- I loved how thorough the wash was. My scalp definitely needed it!
- My hair is the softest and feels the healthiest is ever been.
- They have a really beautiful location. It's thoughtfully decorated and has a luxurious aesthetic.
Things to note:
- The scalp treatment room has two spots for two clients at a time. The room is dark, and I started my service in the middle of another customer's treatment; and another customer started their treatment midway through my session. There's a lot of different noises during this transition time which kind of took from the experience.
- Some of the scalp treatment is ... less than gentle. I personally really liked the more aggressive approach, as it felt like it was super effective, but you should tell them to go easy ahead of time if you've got a sensitive scalp.
Unfortunate Things
- I had an appointment booked at 2, was called earlier in the day and was told that the water would be off and was asked to push my appointment to 2:30. No problem there - however my appointment didn't actually begin until 3:00. While it didn't impact the rest of my day too much, I didn't feel like my time was respected.
- There was no one at the reception desk when I arrived, and as a first time customer, it was really awkward sitting there waiting, especially when the appointment started so late. I didn't know if I should continue to sit there, or if I should have called someone.

Overall, I enjoyed the service, however a few things made me feel that it wasn't worth the cost (equal to a body massage). With a price tag like that - one should definitely have a private experience.

Tried the viral head spa and let me tell you.. worth every penny.
Nina was the best!!! So kind, and provided an amazing service!! She is magic! The massage, scalp evaluation, water halo and ambiance were so exceptional. I didn’t want to leave!
The space is very nice and clean.
Will definitely be back!

I booked the Signature head & scalp therapy ($175 per person) for me and a friend, as a special treat for her birthday! I had never been to a head spa before, but I have seen videos recently and was really excited to try this place. Overall, it was a nice experience. We were able to stay together and had our treatments done in the same room. They give you a comfortable gown to wear and offer water and snacks after the treatment.

My only feedback would be regarding the scheduling. I booked our appointment online weeks in advance for 1:15pm. I got multiple reminder emails and appointment confirmation requests. The morning of the appointment I got another reminder email, but this time the appointment time had changed to 1pm and 1:10pm. I called Pur Artistry to see what time my appointment was because it appeared the time had changed. I was reassured on the phone that the appointment was still at 1:15pm.
I showed up just past 1:10pm to the spa and was told that I was late and they tried to call me to reschedule the appointment. I felt really uncomfortable and told them I called to confirm the time that morning and had emails showing the time I booked. After that I felt very rushed and it was hard to relax. It set the tone for the entire visit.

I hope I have an opportunity to revisit and give this place a second chance because I was very excited to come here!

What an awesome experience! The head spa was SO relaxing. They show you before and after images of your scalp. Needless to say, my scalp needed some serious attention and it got it here. Facial was amazing. Massage was amazing. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

I was looking forward to the nice long head massage to start with. It was less three minutes and I got the $175 package. She then moved on to the washing. I have thick. long hair she.yanked. Pulled it and left it in matts. The neck and shoulder and massage was nice until she made me jump and yell from banging on me. We then went to get our hair dried. She never once used a comb or brush. It was horribly painful to have her just rip her fingers through my hair. After less than 8 minutes she told me she was done. My daughter had to brush my hair and braid it so I could leave. They she was less than happy work my 17% tip when she asked if that was all I was leaving for both girls. I will never go back!! And I will tell everyone who will listen to avoid it
