Worse place to get nails done. They cut several places on both daughter's fingers plus cut my daughter's toe and made it bleed bad. They couldn't even paint a dang pumkin on my nails

Honestly, I always recommend them, Ive been going to Tai for years and never had a "bad nails set" "bad expirience" etc. They always treat you right and are very clean - they have affordable prices and that's always a plus

I’ve never had problems here until I got my nails done by Kathy Ho. She was very rude. She made a big deal about doing my nails the length I wanted. I asked her for short but they were cut too short n she was making a big deal about taking the nails off n putting new ones on. All she had to do was soak them off, which eventually she ended up doing. She made it seem like it was such a big task, when I’m the one paying for the nails. She then got rude with me because the color I asked her to get turned out not to be the color I wanted, as shown on the sample nails. For people who get their nails done, u know the color doesn’t always look the same as the sample! In a rude way, She told me to get
Up and pick a different color. Usually they’ll show me similar colors n ask if that’s the color I want, she wasn’t even willing to do that. Then She asked
Me what design I want. I told her the Virgo horoscope. Rudely, she said I don’t know what that is. I was going to show her a photo which is common sense when you want a certain design. If she didn’t know what that was it didn’t matter cause I was going to show her!!! On top of that She didn’t do a very good job on the design. She was just PLAIN RUDE and I won’t be going back to this nail salon because of her.

Using old tools to do my nails yuck, plus lady cut me and I had to pull my hand away, got mad when I told her my nails were uneven, and keep trying to add more to charge more, not sanitary at all. Nails are sharp as a knife ugh got to go buff them at home so I won't slice myself lol.

This is my go to place for pedicures and gel manicures. The owner works very diligently to make sure customers are acknowledged. He has the employees that are hardworking. Very nice people.

I was seen right away due to coming on when they first opened. Staff is very friendly, was satisfied with my pedicure but wished the water was a bit more hot. For my full set the women burned my nails a few times with her nail drill and also cut my skin. I wasn’t totally in love the end result of my nails but they were close to what I wanted. Most likely will be finding someone and sticking with them.

Made an appointment and had to wait 15 minutes before I was seen. Appointments mean your setting that time aside for the customer therefore be prepared and don't take anyone else if u won't be finished before your appt shows up. They place was very clean. The guy doing my nails didn't pay attention to detail and I fee he rushed my nails a bit. There was a bubble on my nails I had to point out and he didn't do a good job on a few other nails. Won't be going back. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because it was clean. He left some mistakes on my nails.
