Their service is okay , but when I tried to pay for a pack of braiding hair they over taxed me. The price for two packs of braiding hair should’ve been 25.98 , but instead it was 28.43. The price for each pack of braiding hair was 12.99. I was severely upset. I don’t think I will shop here anymore if they are gonna over tax. Thank you for your time..

This lady followed me around the store! It was very unnecessary! I would suggest a new sales/floor person.

The guy that works here is so nice! He always very kindly greets me and doesn't pressure me to buy things. He is very helpful and tries his best to match me up with what I need or he'll offer to order it. They have a great selection of products, supplies and hair. Give these folks your coins! You won't regret it.

Staff is more worried about profiling black guests and following me around to make sure I’m not stealing than actually helping me find what I need.

I a black woman went in to this store with my 2 daughters to buy hair for one of there bday and as soon as we went in the old Chinese lady can from around the till and started to walk behind us to see if we would steel and the when we were going to cash out we stoped to look at some wigs for fun then the stared deid into our eye this was so weird but when we came to check out she stood behind us my youngest daughter was looking at nails and lipgloss she then came up and pretend to restore the nails and lipgloss shelf and every shelf my daughter came to she ethier shoved she or pretend to stock the shelf .THIS WAS OUTRAGEOUS ?

Felt very uncomfortable and scrutinize, was being watch by the guy at the counter not sure why but I waived at him to let him know I see you, but that didn't stop him he continued to watch me standing on his top toe to see my every move. Will probably be my last time going to that store. I'm not patronizing any store where I'm unwanted, periodtt!!!

Went a few days ago just to see what they had..I only wanted an assortment package of earrings....I had intended coming back in a few days when I get paid....the earrings were $2....the girl behind the counter...the kind that looks down on you....she said we have a $5 minimum purchase policy....I was going to use my debit card...so I said ok I will pay cash...she said WE DONT TAKE CASH(NOT SURE WHY BUT WAS ANGRY at this point)! She actually mumbled "come back when you have money)!. NEVER WILL GO BACK!!

The girls working there were so helpful. I wasn't sure about a dye and one of the girls called her cousin who does hair and asked her what to do, and even went to YouTube for help. Will definitely recommend to anyone.
