Please check the prices and open what you can I just paid 15.99 for edge control then I open it just now and it looks bad.. like it was previously left opened ( the top has a thick layer of something ) so I wasted my money do not come here.

I honestly didn’t mind the mess but the expensive AND low quality products did it for me.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

I had the worst experience trying to get in touch with customer service over the phone. No one picks up the phone, and it’s incredibly frustrating. Based on this, I will not be spending any more of my money at this store. Poor customer service is a dealbreaker for me.

Was a returning customer but they would not honor the prices they labeled items and overcharged us. All of the exact same item were marked 5.99, some 3.49 and 3.99 but instead we were charge 5.99 for all items.

In California, it is illegal for a store to charge more than the lowest advertised, posted, or quoted price.

Will not be returning here.

I’ve never written a review ever before but DO NOT and I mean DO NOT waste your money here. Where do I start? Customer service is HORRIBLE. I arrived at this location at 9:35 at night right as I got off my 10 hour work shift. They are scheduled to close at 10pm. Mind you I deliver packages for Amazon and I just so happened to be in that area at the end of my shift. I actually live 30 minutes away closer to LB. As soon as I walk up to the door, the man working there said I needed to be in and out because he wanted to go home. I told him I already knew what I needed and he proceeded to follow me in, telling me the sewing needles were behind the counter. There was one more set of customers already inside that were at the counter trying to decide what to buy. So while they were busy, I went to grab a weave net and some edge control (mind you the floors have items everywhere so you can’t even walk all the way through the store). As I am looking for the edge control the man yells “lady, I’m trying to go home.” I inform him that I’m looking for edge control and he directs me to a different aisle. My boyfriend reminds him about the sewing needle as I’m grabbing the product which he once again says “it’s up here behind the counter I have it.” I grab the product and he rings everything up telling me that he had been there since 8am and he wanted to go home. After that interaction I said I would never return. However, I drive 30 minutes to get back home and everything is in the bag EXCEPT the sewing needle he was reminded about TWICE. I was charged for it but never given the item. If he wasn’t so focused on rushing me out the store, he might have remembered to place it in my bag.

Fast forward to this morning, I call the store first thing when it opens informing the woman about what happened last night. Her first response to me was “so what is the point, what are you telling me this for?” I told her I needed her to find a way to refund me since my card is in their system and they have the receipt from me being the very last customer. Her response was “if you want the needle come get the needle.” Again I tell her I live 30 minutes away, I was only at the store last night because that is where my shift ended. She then responded “You are just making that up you can’t prove that you live in Long Beach.” Like what kind of customer service is that?! Clearly she lacks common sense as well because if I lived around the corner, don’t you think I would drive to the store instead of calling about a sewing needle? She then proceeded to raise her voice and go back and forth with me, then hanging up the phone in my face. If you believe in good customer service, take your money elsewhere. There’s plenty of beauty supply stores with good products and kind people working there. Do not bother with these rude money grabbing individuals.

The store is overcrowded it's not possible 2 shop u need 2 tell them what u want they must finder 4u shop there 2Wks ago used credit but 2Day they don't take credit no signage sayin' that they ring u up then spring it on u A mess tryin' to do Business with them 4 whatever reasons they making real hard. Now u don't take credit asking for Cash all-of-a- sudden? Most people don't cash like that I will NEVER EVER SHOP IN THERE AGAIN at least have the decency to post a signage stating your rules maybe if you clean up that store you'll be able to post signage stuff is falling all over most of the pathways are blocked by stuff just thrown all on the floor stacked up it's ridiculous so I gave you a pass I just sat there not the 2 weeks ago I spent a whole lot of money then you took my credit card then. I come back I'm spending $100 this round all of a sudden you don't take credit cards? you want cash or debit ridiculous. You your Business model SUCK!!!!!

The store has everything I need and more. For me it's in a great location because I can walk there. Prices are great, NOTHING cost toooooo high in price💲. The only problem I have with the store is stuff is every where😵. Boxes are stacked all in the isles that you can't get to the shelves. The Sales Associate has to come move the boxes so you can get to what you're there for. Over all I love the store👍. I highly recommend👌

I always go here to get clip on earrings. My ears are not pierced and they have a big variety of clip ons. It's so crowded in there though. Overall, I like this place. Ive been going there for over15 years.
