My skin always feels wonderful and looks noticeably smoother after a facial by Kierra. The environment is soothing, and she's astute at telling if you prefer to chat or be quiet and relax. I like that she quietly and professionally tells you what she is doing so you can relax and not be startled ("this mask will be very cold at first"), and you get a mini massage on top of the facial. Highly recommend.

I purchased 3 facials on Groupon. I had to call several times to make an appointment, finally was able to make an appointment via text message. I arrived on time, door was locked, merchant did not return text message, I waited 15 minutes and left. Good luck trying to schedule an appointment. I’ve applied for a refund.

Had a great experience the first time around and coming back to get my eyelashes done again with Kierra. She communicates effectively and thoroughly as I am a newbie for eyelashes.
