The staff is so extremely friendly, it is very reasonable as far as price. Extremely clean. It is like an older western style motel, but it definitely beats the other one down the street is way more clean and way more comfortable. Clean, safe, friendly & conveniently located

Comfy small hotel. We were late stragglers and were welcomed with enthusiasm. The receptionist gave us great tips and an overview of options for the springs. Clean, comfortable. Only negative was an incessant smoker outside, affecting all the corner rooms. Maybe that bench can be moved farther away from other’s windows.

Fabulous large well equiped room, even with a kitchenette. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a stay and enjoy what Thermopolis has to offer

Due to a mix-up with another motel, we arrived without a reservation. My wife uses a rollator-walker and we need a ground floor room and preferred something close to the hot springs. Gina was very welcoming and showed us room 23, which was ideal for us. Motel is a half a block from Dairyland, which has great ice cream. Thank you Gina for a great stay! We hope we will be able to come back next year again.

This is a VERY old motel. The beds were very firm and not comfortable for me. The door only had a very basic locking door knob and the door stuck. I had to pull hard to get out and push hard to get in. The paint on the walls were different shades on the same walls. The room was clean. The motel is very close to the mineral water pools state park. I would not stay here again.

Well maintained, older motel. Front desk clerk very friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 12. Room very clean. Huge closet! In-room heater worked well. Concrete floor with thin carpet meant my feet needed slippers. Bathroom floor slopes toward the back wall. Very firm mattress with log frame. Shower had instant hot water (loved that).

Response to Owner: Your manager was adult enough to ask me about my issues and we worked them out. I even changed my review after having a pleasant conversation with the manager (who is wonderful, by the way) Then you have to leave a snotty reply. I won't stay again because of owner's response. I go to Thermopolis regularly.

This is a funky little motel who advertise they are the closest motel to the Hot Springs Park. We had the best night sleep in days on our trip and ended up staying an additional night. The clerk at the desk was so helpful and friendly and gave suggestions on points of interest. We took all of his suggestions and were delighted! The air was amazing! It was freezing in our room in about 20 minutes! It was hot out and that air made our trip so much better!

The room we had 2 bedrooms which was perfect. However we did not anticipate the Swamp Cooler. But that’s ok. The lady running the place is super nice and very knowledgeable of the area. Their is a ice cream place within walking distance and the best part is the Hot Springs are just down the street.
