My mom, sister and I had massages and we all agreed they were some of the best massages we have ever had. To begin, do not be fooled if you drive up to a house. Sarah Lyn coverted an upstairs apartment into her studio. It is a lovely, welcoming place and very peaceful. I participated in a Chakra balance class for stretching, fascia release and learn something new. Sara Lyn was wonderful! She will guide you throughout the moves and give you assistance. She has blocks and blankets, etc... to aid in movements. She has a calming voice and wonderful personality as well. Note...you pay upfront when you book online which aids to no stress when attending.
