Ralphs

They closed the doors for customers at least 5 minutes early. This should not be the standard in retail, especially for grocery stores. The cashier opened the door to let someone out and acted like I wasn’t standing there and closed on me as I was asking if they were open.

I was at this Ralph's today, 07.27.2024, around 12.55am. The closing time for the store was 1am, getting to the door, I was stopped by someone under the instruction of the lady manager, and I approached the lady manager hoping that she would reason with me, just buying a loaf a bread, she was not having it, that I believed was bad judgment and poor costumer service. In all honesty, I believed she did it because of my color. I am a black male.

Use to shop here, but I never will again. Deli dept isn't usually standing there, so you stand there and wait. I won't even speak about the hot food part of the deli, it isn't worth speaking about.

This store is too cramped. It doesn't help that they have employees bring out merchandise mid day which only adds to the foot traffic. Shopping here was annoying and expensive.

I really upset for this sushi bar ? sushi chef very rude and when I saw she use hand without reusable glove she denied and loud get me out from there what kind of rude man ever seen before

Who ever hired or trained people. Did a bad job with this old lady behind counter for deli and food. Trying to get my usual chicken combo and has the audacity to give me attitude cause she didn't ask if I wanted a the combo. Uhhh that's your job and not your job to make assumptions. Read the first three letters of that word and that is what that wide old lady is. Then she is going to skim on the potato wedges after making me wait ten mins while she did nothing. Glad Ralph's pays people to be lazy and rude.

Today I stopped by to get some last-minute groceries from my favorite Ralph's store in Cerritos and was very disappointed with the way that Satrina the sales manager handled my merchandise at the register. Few times in the past when she rang my groceries she didn't make the effort to pack nor put my merchandise in the shopping cart. I feel now that I have been paying for Ralph's prices receiving Food 4Less services ". I always try to skip her when she is at the register.

I had to grab one item and drove out of my way to come here because it’s posted that they close at 1 AM. Got there at 12:53 AM and the security outside said they are not letting any more customers in for the night.
