So frustrating. I have used Receptra to help my debilitating insomnia for 4 years-loved the product! Over the past 6 months, I had one order take over 2 weeks to arrive with no notice as to why, then another order show awaiting shipment for 3 weeks. They had processed my payment. I had to push to get a refund. Maureen, who was my customer service rep, was short and snarky. When the gummies arrived they tasted totally different. I emailed as to why and received no explanation. I don't know what is going on, but the consistency, service, and availability have went horribly downhill. I am now struggling with sleep to find a company who can perform the way they used to. Very sad.

Their products were good and represented good value, especially when using a sale coupon. Unfortunately, it appears something is happening internally where they are not shipping product and their customer service is completely nonexistent. I ordered product in September and waited 6 weeks with no notice or response to my inquiries. I had choice but to process a chargeback.

After being "stung" by tinctures of other companies and spending hundreds of hours studying cannabis, my wife and I decided to try Receptra Naturals. We tried the "ELITE" , first, to see what results we would get. Both of us noticed positive results. Three months later, we decided to try the "PRO" since it is more potent. My Parkinson's symptoms have subsided and my wife has been pleased with the relief she is receiving with her chronic back pain. Receptra is my go to for hemp products, both for myself and my 3 dogs. I have two little girls (15 lbs) and one big fella (75 lbs) and they all love the Receptra Pet Tincture. The Big Fella is going through treatment for cancer and he gets his doses daily to help with his immune system and he gets an extra dose on his chemo days. He was diagnosed over a year ago and was given a fairly short timeline, so I do believe that adding the CBD to his traditional treatment has helped. If nothing else, it has increased his tolerance of the chemo treatments. Before I started giving him a dose on chemo days, he was anxious to go to the vet, but now he gets excited to go and knows it's nothing to worry about. I also give the lower dose Pet Tincture to my little girls, as they used to be terribly anxious during car rides, but with a few drops in their morning meal before a long ride, they enjoy the rides. And that's just my dogs!

I also use the Receptra Targeted Topical after I work out, hike, ski or golf to help with aches and pains and it seems to work better than my previous regiment of ibuprofen/icy hot/hoping for the best. Couldn't recommend this company more, they're all super easy to work with and they definitely have the most competitive prices for the level of quality they provide.

I really like the taste of the Receptra Pro product and the added energy I get from taking it. My workouts have been pain free, even when pushing myself harder. Overall more muscle definition, softer skin and stronger nails. Great product and I highly recommend Receptra.

Somewhat skeptic, even though my son, who uses this product, and highly recommended, I was hesitant given my age, chronic pain, and no relief after physical therapy, chiro, acupuncture, this product is phenomenal! I have been using Receptra Active for just 2 weeks. The morning stiffness, numbness in the arms, shoulder, neck and back pain have improved by at least 90%. My partner, who has severe knee pain keeping him from being active - he is now walking more and in much less pain - this product, is amazing!
