My experience was absolutely wonderful! I felt that the staff was very accomatating,friendly and professional. Dr. Silva has a great bedside manner and explained things very well. I am extremely pleased with your office and look forward to continuing to work with you in the future.

Very knowledgeable caregiver who answered all my questions. Only issue is that a follow-up visit is required, and you are booked so far out that the next visit has not been set. The option for a one month follow-up was not possible, even thought that is what was wanted.

They were fast and friendly. I was surprised at how quick I was seen after entering office (within 10 mins) and was out the office in 30. I can’t complain at all.

I always feel I get thorough and quality care from Dr Dickey and the staff. Also Dr Austin did extensive surgery on my ear that came out looking surprisingly well. Recently I went to the drop in clinic and was seen quickly and professionally by the staff

Unhappy that 6 months ago biopsy was taken. Found out this time it was cancerous and nobody had followed up or told me! They have been very good overall for me in the past!

The provider of medical services is professional, comprehensive, and spent the time to address all of my concerns. I have been in treatment with this team for more than ten years and they have always provided the highest possible quality of intervention.
