I have had great experience with Refine MD! EVERYONE is so friendly & helpful. Vicki has gone out of her way to meet with me and the staff took extra time to make sure I received the best deal when ringing up my purchases.

I have been going here for a couple years now and things have gotten a lot better since my first visit. I feel more welcomed and not judged. They have some different staff that are very kind.
First visit: Upon arrival I wasn't greeted with the warmest welcome which surprised me. It shouldn't matter if the appointment is just a consultation, I should be warmly welcomed. It was my first time and it wasn't the best experience, I arrived 12 minutes early to fill out paperwork then I waited 15 minutes over my scheduled time just to be seen. My nurse practitioner did NOT wash her hands, she put on gloves, and started my procedure after a quick consult. They do have competitive pricing and use various rewards apps like Allé & Dysport. You can sign up, make a deposit, and reap member benefits, exclusives, and a free rewards. The program does start at $500 then goes up from there. I am a rewards member now so we'll see how the next visit goes.

What a wonderful facility! My husband and I found everyone extremely friendly and helpful during our consultations. Our aesthetician Ashley was very thorough and we were impressed by her knowledge and willingness to patiently talk us through the services that she thought would benefit us. We'll be back for our treatments soon!

I had a great experience at Refine MD getting my first BBL with Sharon! The process was a bit loud and prickly, but by all accounts, worth the outcome so far. She talked me through everything and asked for my feedback along the way. She has done a great job with my services to date!

The atmosphere is not only beautiful, the entire staff is so professional, lovely, kind, and attentive. Kate is by far one of the best cosmetic injectors I have ever been to. I request her every time!
