I have came to this location for over 8 years now. These ladies are like apart of my family. They take care of my nails, my sisters nails, my children's nails, and even my mother when needed. In 8 years not one of us have left disappointed. I drive from Fountain, CO to Castle Rock twice a month just to get the amazing service that we receive from these wonderful women. Thank you, Ty and Linda. You two are such incredible people! I am truly blessed to know you both! See ya soon!

Very impressed with my service! I know the local walmart salon may not be your first go to salon but for you can’t beat this price. I had the same experience i would most places. Call ahead because you’ll most likely have to come back if you try to walk in

Received a pedicure by Linda this morning and a nail dip by Thuy. Both were great. I would recommend both ladies. Very professional and very good work. I will go back.

The service I received on the last occasion was pedicure and full set of gel nails with tips.
The pedicure was excellent but the gel nails did not last more than 3 days. I woke up on the the third day to find 2 nails had completely fell off and the rest we’re lifting.
I lifted the nails off with ease. I was afraid that if I kept them on I would get a nail fungus.
I had my nail done around Christmas and ended up with fungus on just 1 nail. The nails once again lifted.
I don’t think they are using quality products for their nail services.
I’ll continue to get pedicures but NO NAIL SERVICES.

I come here often (and usually have a good experience) and usually get the man or the woman who has been there for a while. Today I got a younger girl who did my pedicure, I got the hot stone pedicure. She massaged and did my sugar scrub for maybe 3 minutes total. She "massaged" my legs with her fingertips but had long nails so scratched me instead. When I told her she was scratching me she just switched legs. She continued to scratch so I finally told her to just stop because her nails were too long and it hurt. The pedicure in total should take about an hour and mine took approximately 30 minutes. When I told her I refused to pay full price for a half job she spoke in a different language to her coworker then rolled her eyes. I paid $30 instead of $38. I was never asked if temperatures were too hot or too cold, she didn't check to make sure I liked my color, and also didn't ask if I wanted my nails shorter, she just went ahead and cut them. Although the nail job itself looks fine, the customer service issue should be fixed or this location will continue losing service.

I have gone to different locations besides this one and have gotten great results but this was the first time I had gone to this location. The lady who did my nails was very rude, she did not talk to me beside to ask me how long I wanted my nails. My nails were crooked and the nail polish did not stay on. Also three of them have fallen off and I got them done less than a week ago. Not happy with my results will not be going back.
