We had such a great experience with Regency furniture from shopping all the way to delivery. We had been to four other stores and walked away due to price and lack of pieces that we really loved. We walked in and were immediately assisted. We appreciated the help but no one was too pushy. We had help from Liz and Alina. They were both great! We went back two weeks later to finish our purchase and Winfield helped us and even set up delivery for us two days later. The delivery people were on time and courteous. We had a great experience from start to finish! We highly recommend Regency.

** Beware** in the past my family has purchased several pieces of furniture from Regency and everything was great. However, most recently in September we purchased a couch for our living room. Our first sign something was off was when they failed to deliver the couch on the scheduled delivery date and didn't even bother to call or try to reschedule. When we called them they didn't know where the couch was but assured us they would find the couch. A week later they did finally deliver the couch but is had a huge stain on it. We tried to refuse delivery but the delivery team would not take the couch. They flat out refused and left. We called the store several times and even drove back to the store and each time we were told they had to contact the delivery team and they would call us back. No one has called us or attempt to resolve the issue. See picture attached.

I bought a floor module king bed set that I fell in love with as soon as I walked in the store. Upon delivery, We realized that the bed is too big for my stairs and the dresser with the mirror is too tall for my room. The assembly wasn't done by them due to all these issues. I reached out to Regency for help with pictures of my dilemma and after several calls and visit to the store, I realize they were not going to help in any shape or form. I am enjoying the piece that I have been able to put together. The bed set itself is very good, sturdy beautiful. I love it. The 3 star is for them giving me the run around and quoting me laws of the small prints.

We were greeted by Jeff who very briefly and clearly described the current promotion. Then he backed off to give us some space to look around. When I was ready to talk he was easily accessible and was full of useful information. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was a straight shooter. Once we were ready to purchase, the sales manager came into the picture and continued to provide great customer service.

The delivery went smooth. The date and time was clearly communicated and they followed through as stated. The delivery team was friendly, swift and respectful.

The process could have been improved by allowing the salespeople access to electronic tickets. The salesperson wrote out our items by hand on a carbon copy sheet. It is a time suck that no one needs.

My experience was HORRIBLE i purchased a recliner and had a change of mind the very next day I was told by the store manager refunds were not allowed on “special orders” my couch was not special at all and had a three month delivery date I had to resort to my financial bank to get my money back I also needed repair on a recent purchase they dragged their feet and the repair office person hung up the phone on me The store however called me back saying the part was ordered A TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT
