I have had chair massage and Swedish massage done and both were excellent experiences. Carissa has a gift for how much pressure to use and listens to what your problem areas are and works on them as needed. Knows what she is doing! However, hard to get in for an emergency appointment if in need for a migraine or something. Been one of the best I have gone to. I am actually sore the next day, meaning she actually worked on my muscles where it was needed. Will return!

One of the top 3 worst massages I've ever had. (Out of hundreds) I challenge her to post a picture of her massage certification. No technique at all. She gabbed through the whole thing while her toddlers jumped off the couch onto the floor which is situated directly above the massage table. Room was cold. I can't think of one positive thing about my experience. Left with a migraine that I didn't have when I got there.
Her "individualized" therapy is picking one spot and rubbing it the same way over and over for 20 minutes until you ask her to move on.
