I’ve been a loyal client of Rejuvenation Med Spa for nine years, and it’s hands down my favorite spa in the area. Kim is absolutely wonderful—gentle, attentive, and consistently delivers amazing facials and skin care, along with so many other services.

Today, though, is all about Kelly—the most incredible massage therapist. I was treated to an 80-minute stone massage, and it was a game changer. I walked in feeling like a ball of stress, with tension weighing me down. By the time I left, I felt euphoric—my body was deeply relaxed, and my mind was completely at ease.

If you’re looking to feel rejuvenated and brand new, I HIGHLY recommend booking with Kelly!

I went in for a facial and left looking fresh-faced and stress-free! This spa is conveniently located at the Wharf in Orange Beach and offers a range of services including massage. This a beautifully appointed space that inspires tranquility and peace. had the microderm facial and part of the process included a little neck and shoulder massage, which was an unexpected delight. The soft and soothing music playing, heated table, and yummy smelling products made the experience even better. This is a great place to treat yourself to some well-deserved self-care!

This amazing establishment has been open for 11 years! Not many businesses can say that anymore. Well, after speaking with the owner, Kimberly, I know why now. She really knows her business, cares, listened to what I needed and then scheduled me with Kelly for an AMAZING massage. I originally planned on just the 50 minute one but Kelly said that she had the time for an 80 minute massage. I wasn't going to because I thought I had to be somewhere but just as I was going into my room, my plans changed so I elected for the 80 minute one. Thank God I did too! It felt like I was only in there for 15 minutes. Kelly was amazing! I passed out cold at one point. She also listened to what I needed and fixed all my aches, tightness and stress. It was so good, I bought 2 gift certificates for friends. Can't wait until I'm back in town. Thanks again Kimberly and Kelly!

Fantastic spa and my facials are amazing! Kimberly is a miracle worker. My skin has never looked as good as it does now. What I love about Kimberly is she makes suggestions but has never, ever been pushy. She's been doing this for a very long time and truly knows her stuff. Highly recommend Rejuvenation Med Spa!

Rejuvenation Med Spa is a little slice of Heaven! The entire staff is so friendly. I had a massage by Taylor and she is amazing at her craft. She released so much tension from my neck and shoulders - I'm ready to book my next appointment ASAP. If you want to be pampered in a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, definitely go here!

Went in to have my brows redone after a few years. They are NOT even and I even pointed this out while given the mirror. Then some hair stokes that were made at the front of my brows that are not even either ….. I was told it would change in the course of a few weeks and when I come back in 6 it would be made right at that time. I paid $750! Then told it will be an additional $150 when I come back. Unbelievable…. It looks horrible and when I text Heather there who did it my photos and pointed out everything, there was no concern. That’s a lot of money for a one hour and ten minute session to basically make my brows look even more ridiculous… Not happy and will not recommend anyone to go here! Im so upset!

I would give this place no Stars , if your smart listen up , I went to this spa for Botox and lip injection , I read the brochures there and I know it takes more than one treatment to achieve excellent results which I would of been repeat customers , but they charged me over 800 and my lips and frown line look the exact same I took pics of my before and after , I waited a few days and noting , very upset I called to speak to jenifer who promised I would look great not one phone call bak , beware guys I live here and word spread fast you guys use cheap product and not the name brand products you claim , mccllough plastic surgery or doctor fedok both here in gulf shore do Botox etc so plz go there where you look like you get results , thx jenifer for stealing my 800 bucks
