Went in for a massage on my birthday and as far as the massage went, everything was phenomenal, but When I went to the counter to pay, the lady at the front was very very rude and Kept Pointing out the paper for “suggested tips” Before telling me how much I owed. When she told me my final price, I paid and left a tip and the lady began to tell me that wasn’t enough And demanded that I tip more And was even tapping on the suggested tip paper YELLING “I need more” over and over. I’ve worked in the service industry for many years Therefore, anytime I receive any type of service (nails, hair, Massage, etc.) I always make sure to leave a decent tip so I just felt like it was very rude And beyond unprofessional. part of me Wanted to just take it back and leave, but I thought about the person who gave me the massage and she did phenomenal and deserved that tip so I Wasn’t going to take that from her. I had been here a few times and never had any problems, but because of that I will never return ever again. I came there to relax and be stress-free and I got that Up until I had to check out and it ruined the relaxing mood. I really hope whoever is in charge can get that lady under control because I’ve heard many people complain that she has done the same thing to them And because of that they will also not be returning. that is going to cost them their business if she runs all of their customers away. If the rating is based on the masseuse, I would give a five stars, no doubt, but because of the unprofessionalism of that lady, it makes the whole place look bad.

I've been here about 4 times. I like it because I can just walk in no appt needed. My only complaint is they beg for bigger tips. They want you to give them what they want. I feel that if you want a bigger tip you should up your prices. My last massage was 80 dollars and I tipped her 10. She stared at me and said it's a 20 dollar tip. I despise places like this and I don't think I'm going back again. Once I said I tipped 10, she just stared at me like it wasn't enough. She kept saying 20 dollars. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😕😕😐 I just wanted a relaxing day and they made me very tense. It's uncomfortable.

I was referred here by a friend. Service was great, and the massage was even greater 👌🏽 . I got the 30-minute hot stone massage, which mainly focuses on the back. My shoulders and neck get really tense due to me working on my laptop over 40 hours a week. During the session, it felt like all my demons were being pushed and pulled out of me! I could feel my knots loosening. My arms and hands got a good stretch, too. It was great. The location threw me off a little because I could hear people walking and talking through the mall, but it wasn't too much of distraction. I suggest going during the middle of the week for a little more quiet time. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is the perfect spot to come if you have knots you want worked out. Seriously so fantastic. This amazing person was in no way afraid of beating me up a little. I absolutely loved it, I feel so refreshed. She even gave me a punch car. I will be back next month. Fantastic, thank you so much! It’s a little weird it’s in this failing mall, but seriously, a hidden gem.
