Disappointing Experience Due to Misinformation

I purchased a laser hair removal package and was initially told it would only take six treatments. However, I’ve now completed over or close to 10 treatments, and I still have visible hair. When I raised my concerns with the team, they seemed indifferent and offered no helpful solutions, only suggesting I pay for additional treatments. I was informed that they spoke with the representative, who supposedly confirmed that more than six treatments is necessary. Despite this, I was still expected to pay for extra sessions, even though I was originally told I would be finished after six. I’m incredibly disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer care. I trusted the information provided at the time of purchase, but it feels like I was misled. This experience has been both frustrating and costly.
