I had another amazing experience at Reviv Med Spa in Millbrae today, and I can't recommend them enough! I received services from Megan Sosnick, RN, and she was fantastic. I've had Sylfirm treatments before on my face, neck, and chest, and each time, I’ve been so impressed with the results. Megan made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process, and I could see noticeable improvements afterward. With each treatment, the results continue to get better and better week by week. I love getting compliments on my skin, and I definitely owe it to Megan Sosnick, RN as well as Dr. Misle. The entire team at Reviv Med Spa is professional, welcoming, and truly focused on delivering the best results. I will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future!

I visited Reviv Med Spa for laser hair removal on my face several times a while ago so this review is overdue but the experience really stuck with me. The reasons for my rating were:

1- The impatience about and lack of willingness to provide answers to some of my simple questions about the treatment since it was my first time.
2- The long term damage that was done to my skin, despite my following all instructions very carefully. My skin was severely burned and ended up with dark spots that took over 5 years to disappear.
3- The timeliness and general warmth of the spa. I was reminded several times to be on time but when I arrived, I was sometimes expected to wait up to 30 minutes for the Dr. to be available for a treatment that took less than 10 minutes. I also felt like I was an inconvenience more than a paying patient.

I've read a lot of the other reviews and they seem centered around Botox so if that's your priority this place might be fantastic. My experience with laser hair removal was not.

I always love rooting for small business owners but in this case, the lack of care that I was treated with along with the major damage that was done to my skin were very disappointing.

Dr. Misle and her staff are knowledgeable about the latest and most innovative anti-aging, health and wellness treatments. They spend time to educate me and help me create the best, personalized treatment plan to fit my goals. In addition to this the front desk staff, medical assistants, and nurses are friendly, engaging, and truly care about my well-being.
