Hats off to Ripley’s and their staff! I recently rented their carpet cleaner (which performed exceptionally). Perhaps the best customer service I have received at any Jackson establishment in my 7 years in the area. Kimberly was SO helpful and pleasant to chat with over the phone and in person. Honestly, she made my day better. What a positive and genuine experience from a local business. Living in Victor, I will make it a point to go out of my way to support Ripley’s for all my cleaning needs. I’ll be singing your praises offline as well! Thank you!!!

I dropped my vacuum off for routine cleaning and maintenance and was quoted a one week turn around. At the one week mark, after not hearing from Ripley’s, I called to inquire about the status of my vacuum. I was told they were running a little bit behind and that I could likely expect my vacuum to be done with in the the week. After two weeks had passed without another call from the business, I decided I was going to wait and see how long it would actually take for services to be completed/hear from the business. Now, after THREE weeks I have heard back from Elsa who is insistent that her business did nothing wrong and she was completely unwilling to accept the blame for her business to not perform promised services within the quoted time frame. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen sometimes it can be embarrassing to admit fault, but I would always rather accept blame and keep a client than rudely tell a customer that my shortcomings are their fault. Ripleys has lost a customer, but I guess they maintained their dignity.

Wonderful service and high quality products! I just bought a refurbished Miele vacuum here and was so impressed with the knowledge and attention by the staff and as well as the owner. I would highly recommend visiting Ripley's if you are looking for a vacuum or other cleaning supplies.

This is an excellent business with a great selection of vacuums and an owner who can fix anything that sucks. A real rarity in a throwaway world. He has a huge selection of parts for almost any vacuum and is happy to help anyone who wants to fix their own vacuum. Great selection of bags as well. Highly recommended.

WOW!!!! This is my GO-TO place for ALL of my cleaning supplies and THEN some! From Miele Vacuums to my ABSOLUTE favorite laundry detergentS, non-toxic carpet cleaning solutions to specialty rags! Kurt (the amazing owner) has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and the vacuum repairs they perform are miraculous!!!!! WOW WOW WOW!!!!! You can also RENT steam cleaners from here, buy really awesome garbage cans (stainless) and you might even learn a little or a lot of something cleaning-related while you are there! My kids LOVE the balloons Kurt blows up for them when we go!

11/10 would recommend. Kurt knows so much and helped me pick the right vacuum for me. When one of the parts didn’t work quite right, he replaced instantly. Will go here for all cleaning needs. 👍🏻
