My first visit to Rose Colored Glasses Salon and Spa was everything I anticipated it would be. I was greeted warmly as though I'd been a client for years, and Elsie was ready for me when I arrived. She took her time, asking questions to get to know me, my hair history, and my hair goals. She offered valuable advice, thoroughly explained her recommendations, and provided the best color and cut I've had in recent memory. I highly recommend Elsie and Rose Colored Glasses!

I felt very welcomed at the reception. The cheerful and friendly face made me feel confident that I was in the best salon. Then I was lucky enough to have Nicole take care of my hair. My cut was amazing! Thank you for that!

Almost 2 years ago we wanted to get our daughter (3.5 years old at the time) her first haircut, she has very curly hair so I was cautious about who I let cut her hair since I've heard curly hair is more difficult to work with, so we decided to go to Tori at Rose Colored Glasses. Tori did an absolutely amazing job, and our daughters hair turned out perfect. We've been bringing her to Tori and Rose Colored Glasses ever since. The staff is awesome there. Kelly at the front desk is always so incredibly friendly and welcoming and helpful; Tori is not only an amazing stylist, she's also so nice and she's really good with making sure everything turns out exactly how we're wanting it to, and when we ask her for suggestions (as far as the haircut, hair products, styling tips, etc) they are always super helpful and great. My daughter always looks forward to her haircuts with Tori and she always leaves the salon with a huge smile on her face.

The entire experience at the salon was fantastic. They have a few things that are just above and beyond the normal haircut and style, such as offering a beverage upon entering, and the relaxation therapies that they provide are also fantastic and put you at ease with your stylist for a first time visit, which is what I was. It was very, easy to communicate the haircut that I wanted in the after style including a nice shampoo was also great. I recommend the salon highly.

Tori came highly recommended. She listened, understood, and made a long term plan for my style and future color. It takes a bit to get on her books, but I’m thinking it’s going to be worth the wait.
The salon was very relaxing, not a lot of crazies working there, but mature stylists who take their job and clients seriously. Kelly (receptionist) is also kind, engaging and helpful. I was placed on a cancellation list and received a few calls before my actual appointment date, so she truly is client-oriented as well.

I have been going to this salon for over 7 years. There is a reason I go here, and nowhere else! For starters, they treat you like honored guests—and their desire for you to have a 5-star experience is genuine and sincere. But for those who are all about the cut and color, I will say that I have not had a single haircut or color service that didn’t have me leaving excited and beautiful! And that is a testament to these ladies’ listening skills, communication, and training. It’s obvious everyone who works there is a passionate, driven, hair and hospitality professional. I have been working mainly with Nicole, but I have had the pleasure of working with several other team members—and they are all fabulous! I’m a long time Aveda user, but this was my first time at RCG. I appreciated how professional they were - I was offered a drink right away, my stylist listened to my hair needs and provided input, and she started with a shoulder massage which was nice. Very relaxing environment. She was not pushy at all with products, but did a good job of letting me know that she was using. Price was fair. I’ll definitely be going back!
