Very friendly staff & they wrap the cuts as requested.
The beef sticks were delicious & highly recommended.
The farmer we buy from prefers to use this locker but the cuts have not been as generous as in the past. We have also had problems with a lot of water content and higher fat content in the ground beef than there used to be in the past, but I don’t know how much of that was due to the actual animal fat content.

We have been getting beef from a local farmer for about 6 years and Ross lockers has been cutting and wrapping it. The wrapping has been so good that we at times have not used the steaks for over 1.5 years and they were still great. They are nice people and do a great job.

We purchased half a cow, this is the locker the farmer decided to go through. This is what we got for New York strip steaks..every package of strip steaks was like this...fork for size reference.
It's hard to check the cuts as they are wrapped up and not vacuumed sealed.
Two stars because the staff at the locker is very nice however the cuts are disappointing.

By far the most delicious beef sticks I've ever tasted, haven't dug into the other parts of the beef but am looking forward to many delicious meals of steaks, hamburgers and roasts! Will check back at a later date

We have our pork processed here and the meat is always very well prepared(no bone fragments for sawing) and packaging is nice and clean. We had them smoke our pork chops and hams and we are very very happy with the results. Highly recommend Ross' meat locker!

Been to many meat lockers in the past few years. I would say the experience I had here was great. Friendly staff. They are willing to go the extra mile to help load and keep you company. The cuts were awesome and Everything was wrapped great.
