I was referred by my esthetician, Sophie Capaul…..I haven’t missed a month since her referral. Ali listens to you and what issues you may be having at each appointment…..she’s a little hidden gem in Baraboo. The best deep tissue massage I have ever had! Ali is very professional, is easily able to identify and manipulate muscle tension, while offering a calm and relaxing experience. Book the 90 min massage and add cupping- you will not be disappointed!!

Ali is a wonderful massage therapist. She is so attentive to your individual needs and preferences, and she makes the experience both relaxing and therapeutic. Scheduling appointments online or in person is easy, and her business is very accessible. Great place to get a massage! Ali is professional & her studio is clean & comfortable. I strength train at a gym & getting massages from Ali always helps with recovery (deep tissue) & helps me be able to keep working towards my goals with less pain & less chance of injury. Highly recommend checking her out. Plus - you can book online which is super easy and nice.
