Bought a pipe 2 weeks ago. Used it twice and it broke in half. Went back in and he told me he would not exchange it. Buyer beware. Poor customer service. Will never go back to that store again.

TRIED TO RIP ME OFF . I went in last week and bought something that I noticed was cheaper than other places.

I just went back, and dude peeled the price tag off as he walked to the register and tried to charge me a dollar more while the other ones were still sitting there with price tags.

I questioned him, he said "how much you pay?" Then gave me the correct change.

What a scoundrel. Thinks his customers are idiots.

I walked trying to make a purchase and get some cash back. This guy was on his phone, not even acknowledging me. I had to ask the same question twice. Then instead of asking for an ID kept interrogating me on my age. This guy was weird, bad customer service and sales skill. Got my cash back tho, glad for that. There so many other smoke shops in the area, better to go to one of the others next time.

I don’t think they’re open anymore because it’s about 10 AM and the doors are barred, last time I was here the police were out front arresting a transient man, I have no idea what’s going on with this place but I’m not coming back :/
