DO NOT PURCHASE A GROUPON FROM JACQUELINE. It has been a year and I still haven't gotten my massage. Jacqueline keeps cancelling due to health issues. I get it. Life throws you curve balls but if you are unable to perform services that people pay for, you need to give them money back and stop selling groupons.

I put a one star review up after a few months of trying to schedule and she called begging me to take it down and put a good review. I listened to her and took it down but said I would wait to put a good review after the massage. Still waiting...

I will not accept a call or message from you and am considering the money I spent a loss.

I bought a Groupon during my first trimester of pregnancy. Every time I tried to book she would go on and on about different emergencies. Like private emergencies that make you feel uncomfortable to not be sympathetic to… like cancer and death of her mom and being stuck in other states because of financial issues. She told me she would honor my expired Groupon because after multiple attempts she wasn’t able to do it in the time before it expired.

I gave birth and tried to give this to another pregnant friend. She cancelled on her as well over an emergency. Then she had her baby so I tried to give it to another pregnant friend. I eventually just asked her for a refund and she has refused to respond. I bought this Groupon in the begging of 2023. It’s been a year and a half. Just give me back my $60 and I’ll drop it. But this is literally theft and she shouldn’t be allowed to be selling anymore on any platform really.

Do not buy Groupon. I got a Groupon and she scheduled an appointment for facial and then when I showed up she did not answer my phone nor acknowledged that the facial isn’t happening due to whatever reason . She just ghosted on me. I repeat do not buy her Groupon because she is not reliable.

I had the BEST massage today! This is the second time I have booked with Jacqueline, and my husband is going for his second massage tomorrow! I am so grateful I found Jacqueline on Groupon! She is wonderful! She genuinely cares and wants to give you the best experience possible. She’s very attentive and thorough and such a kind person. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my massage with Jacqueline! You can tell how much she loves her job and clients. I could not have asked for a better experience. She was able to relieve a lot of the tension in my neck and upper back. For that, I am eternally grateful.

For the negative reviews, it seemed like most of them dealt with scheduling. The best way to schedule an appointment is through her website! You select your service, then request the massage appointment. You’ll receive multiple warnings saying that your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message. Jacqueline confirmed pretty quickly. Easy peasy!

I found Jacqueline through Groupon. The appointment was easy to schedule and she bent over backward to make sure I could get in when it fit my scheduled.

This was one of the best deep-tissue massages I've had. Jacqueline takes time to explain what she is doing and why for someone like me who loves biology and the science of the human body and mind. There is no doubt I will go back for more appointments.
