Love this Saks Fifth Avenue. I wish Los Angeles had more! Customer service is always great here. Selection of men’s is even greater! Always appreciate the smiles from the associates.

12/11/2024 Do not shop here. The sales associates here are aggressive and rude. I had a hostile experience today at the men's department 2nd floor. After making a simple request for a paper bag, since I already had luxury gift bags and just needed something larger, the sales associate—an Old Woman with short hair—yelled at me aggressively. She even went as far as to pick a fight, treating me like a thief. She looked at me condescendingly and said, "NO! No bags if you don’t shop here." The sales associate only care about making sales and treat customers as though they're just a source of money.

I was shopping in the store at the time, and my request was completely reasonable. This type of rude, hostile behavior is unacceptable. I am going to contact management and headquarters about this experience.

I won’t be returning to Saks Fifth Avenue ever again.

Last Saturday a nice assistant helped me to order 12 yr Burberry jacket online, but I get a used 5 yr Burberry jacket. Their customer service chat team is not willing to help me and referred me to the store. Now I have to waste my time on 40min driving for the wrong item.

High quality at high prices. Sometimes sale items offer good deals. When I was there it was uncrowded. Nevertheless, service still was slow.

Visited store to return a defective TUMI bag ordered online. Was instructed to contact Customer Service via chat or telephone. Apparently, online sales is a "separate" unit of Saks, and could not be processed at store. Oddly, returning to a store is an option online. I'm usually looked after at this store. Disappointed.

So sad that Saks has gone so downhill. I went there for a pair of boots and the selection was so small I asked the sales person what happened and she recommended that I go to Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom's for a better shoe selection
