I had my hair colored by Laken for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel completely comfortable, even though I was a little nervous. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and didn’t stop until my hair was absolutely perfect.

My first haircut was great with Megan. I got a curly cut and did love my hair. She showed up late but I get it, things happen. She at least texted me to let me know. Then I had an appointment two weeks ago and she cancelled on me same day. Again, things happen. Today, I waited outside for 20 minutes (I couldn't get parking nearby) but the door was locked and the lights were off even though it said they were open. I texted, called, and sent an Instagram message before just giving up and leaving. Even now, no response. It's aggravating that if I cancel same day I get charged but they can waste my evening and I get nothing in return. Like I said, I liked my first haircut but it's been downhill since then. I'm just done giving this place chances when they clearly don't value my time.

VERY Frustrating experience today at this Salon. They cancelled my appointment 15 min before it was scheduled. I was already parked a block away when I received the text. I walked inside the salon and was met by the manager. She said they were having a meeting and she would have the stylist get with me. After waiting, they informed me that they couldn't get to me today. I explained I drove over an hour. The manager did not seem to care about my inconvenience. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this salon.

Just went for a wash,cut, style. The girl I booked with originally was double booked. (Not a big deal) so another girl did it. I was a few minutes late (10ish minutes) I called ahead to let them know. So the girl sat me down so since I was late when she asked me if I wanted a wash I told her no big deal. We can just cut and style. I asked for face framing, my bangs (I’ve have had them before) and a little trim off the bottom. She cut my bangs completely dry and said she said she added layers. I sat down in the chair at 3:10 I was out and in my car within 15/20 minutes. This would have all been fine if not for 2 things. 1. She did not style my hair or wash it and still tried to charge a wash, cut, and style. Like um ok. If you do a style and cut no problem with the price because I said don’t worry about the wash since I was late. Secondly. I had to go home and fix my bangs once I straightened it and I must be blind because there wasn’t a single layer. So I would just not recommend walking in. Charged 35 and left a 10 cash tip.

I got my hair cut with Sadie. She was very timely for the appointment, professional, and super nice to talk with! She also asked questions during the appointment to make sure I was liking the haircut and I of course love it. 😁 Also, I like the privacy that the salon offers since it's not one big salon where all the clients are around each other at all times, it's separate rooms. This helps people with social anxiety like me! Will be booking again for sure. Thank you.

Got my hair done today and it was fabulous! Megan is super sweet and does great work! I'm super picky about where I get my hair done and I did a lot of research before choosing Salon Sas. Not every salon can do platinum hair right and I've seen many foils turn out badly but Megan is super skilled! My brows look great too. And they're super affordable. Thank you!!!
