Customer service is amazing as soon as you walk in you are greeted kindly. The aesthetic of the shop is amazing very warm with a homie feel. Page help me pick out the perfect hair color and style. taking into consideration my wants but with knowledge and professionalism I don't feel I could get anywhere else. I walked out of there feeling like a beautiful new woman! Paige is amazing!

Made a special trip based on website description. Very, very limited selection, lovely, friendly receptionist but she really didn't seem like a hair professional, not quite sure what full purpose of this location is. They had a few wigs, all for a very specific look and ethnicity, staff didn't really know product ingredients other then sales pitch, really poor lighting where I tried wig on and just not the experience, selection or education I went for. Looked up the wig I purchased online and seems like I was also over-charged? Would've been nice to have an actual hairdresser available to help with selection. Also didn't love that my credit card was carbon-copied.

I'd like to share what an amazing experience I have ever time I visit Sam's. First, I would like to give my compliments to my hairdresser there, Dede Lee!! She really listens to your concerns and wants. Her attention to details is impeccable. She is dedicated and a true artist. I highly reccomend her to everyone who wants a great style, color or cut!!!! ? Next, the employees are incredibly knowledgeable of their merchandise. They can tell you everything you need to know about ingredients, performance, and which products will be the best for your hair care concerns. Bravo!!!!!!

Purchased a bottle of China Glaze brand polish from Sam's Beauty Suppy. The polish was bad! Super! Runny! I tried to return the polish and was going to purchase the more expensive brand of OPI polish. The clerk said "unfortunately returns were not allowed," and handed me a business card with the owners contact information so I could talk to the owner. LOL. Waste of time! I told her she could keep the polish but recommended throwing it in the garbage. I went to CVS instead and purchased 2 bottles of OPI... Sam's could have made more money. Instead, they get a bad review & lose a customer.

I didn’t come in for a hair appointment, I came in for some nail supplies. As someone with social anxiety, this was by far the least stressful experience asking for assistance/advice from a sales person in a long time. They greeted me politely when I arrived and when I looked confused they very kindly explained to me some of the more technical aspects of my new hobby and didn’t make me feel pressured at all to buy anything. Everything was incredibly affordable. 10/10 will absolutely be going again.

Sam's is a great store for beauty supplies of all kinds. If you have questions about anything at all they are very knowledgeable. If for some reason they don't know the answer to your question they are more than willing to research and get the answer for you. If they don't carry a product you are looking for they can often order it for you. All their personnel work hard to help you in any way they can...and...always with a smile on their face! Thank you for helping me yesterday with all my questions...a young silver haired 71 year old! ?

I love Sam's. Amy, the owner, takes the time to listen and suggest products that would work best for your hair and lifestyle. My absolute favorite purchase from Sam's is my GHD hair straightener. It came highly recommended for its quality and durability. Amy even let me try another brand so I could see which I liked the best. I have been a customer of Sam's for many years and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and products.
