I have a favorable opinion of Sam's Club. They provide competitive pricing and have a food court with reasonably priced options. In comparison to Costco, I find this warehouse to be superior due to its efficient "scan and go" system, which enables me to complete my shopping quickly and conveniently without having to wait in lengthy lines.

The girl at the front of the tire place asked me three times and I told her all three times I wanted my tires. She seems so eager to get them and they still took them so when I asked the guys in the back one of them had a big attitude about it like I was stealing money out of his wallet Stop trying to steal peoples tires And be glad you got a job oh and not only that they left 20 psi on one side and 30 on the other. It should’ve been 38 or at least even.

UPDATE: to the manager that asked me 3 times and still took my tires and now you’re blowing up my phone to remedy… how I drove home with flat tires and I had to deal with an attitude from the guy that didn’t even work on my car cuz I was 1 foot in the garage scolding me like child.. lucky I was in a good mood but no nothing you can do at this point.

UPDATE(5 Stars): I visited this location a few days ago and noticed that the cafe was back to normal, regular line for those paying cash or debit card and another for scan and go. They even added a pick up line for whole pizzas (really good idea!). I also appreciate that Sam's responded to my original post within an hour, it really shows that this location cares about their customers.

ORIGINAL (1 Star): First off, I love the scan and go feature - it's great! Sam's has been offering this feature for a few years now. If guests haven't jumped on the scan and go bandwagon by now, it's not happening. However, this location is now requiring that all guests use scan and go to order from the cafe effective December1st, 2024. This change is policy is causing significant delays and confusion. There are staff trying to help guests who have never used the scan and go app, but it's clear that guests are not too thrilled. The line is longer than normal (especially to those used to scan and go) and it's not even worth it anymore. I hope more guests speak up about this change. If the idea was that converting all cafe orders to scan and go would be more efficient, then the idea is failing.

I have been trying to contact them since last week. No one has ever pick up a phone. I bought a jewelry weeks ago and I was told that I need to call before coming to find out if the “authenticity card” has arrived. The employee that helped me told me to call before coming since I leave an hr away. Jewelry dept is always takes forever to get help!

You can definitively save by buying in bulk. Sam's club has pretty much everything you need for all your household stuff but I like to look at their "on-sale" section whenever possible. Basically, it's stuff at way lower pricing that they won't be selling anymore but it's still backed up by their guarantee and warranty.

New products are usually cheaper than online competitors and even other box stores.
They also have some hidden coupons so keep an eye out because sometimes it's worth buying it online from them with free pickup or free shipping and can save you between $20-$70 on electronics on their already low prices.

I hate to make this a negative review because I have been coming here for years and never ran into a problem till today. It is close to the end of my pick-up time, and my order isn't even in progress... I would of course go inside, but my child is asleep, and I would hate to wake him. I tried calling twice, the phone rang for minutes, and no one ever answered. Spoke with the associate, and he said my best bet was to come tomorrow.. what an in inconvenience. Do better please.

I'm giving a 2 stars because of the drive up option. Doesn't matter what time of the day or year they always lag it. Waiting for your order for over 30 mins you might as well go in and shop yourself......if you call to inquire about your order no one answers customer service and if you ask the worker who is coming in and out they don't bother to check your order number or anything so your screwed because your order has already put a hold on your debit card and your funds won't be available right away if u cancel and go inside to shop..... terrible feature they either schedule too many pick-ups in the time frame or don't have enough workers doing the carry out....

I'm truly surprised by the negative reviews of this spot - I've found it to be nothing but convenient, clean, organized and having a tremendously friendly staff.

Having a major competitor around the corner my contribute to the fact that this store is less than frustratingly overwhelming, but still - the crew that manages and works at this spot have done an excellent job of creating a wonderful shopping environment.

Compared to their competitor, which has a parking lot impossible to navigate, and lines that seem to never end - this place is a joy and I'm grateful to live nearby!

I will say, the lines for the cafe and the customer service desk can sometimes be extremely slow, but other than that, I have no complaints!

If you don't already, definitely use "Scan and Go" on your phone to save so so so much time during checkout!
