I visited this store to see if there is any leather backpack for my friend. The lady was very friendly. I found a good one. But they do not provide shipping service. I wanted to buy it for a friend in another state. The lady suggested me buying online or buying there and shipping myself. Overall it was good experience for me.

Terrible 1st experience with this company. I paid for express shipping for the luggage to arrive within 1-2 business days, as stated on the website. They provided a tracking number that doesn't exist, and during an online chat I was told they couldn't explain why the tracking number didn't exist, and added that all orders take a minimum of 1-2 business days processing time and then add the 1-2 days for expedited shipping, so in reality the real arrival time is 4 business days. I told them that I didn't need or want the luggage if it didn't arrive in time for my trip and they refused to pay for the return shipping expense & said that it would be on me to pay for it. I asked for a copy of our "chat" transcript & was told they don't have a way to give me that, seriously?!! A company the size of Samsonite & you can't give a a copy of our conversation?!!

I visited the store on Oct 22, 2023, with my new suitcase that had easily scratched after just one trip to Austin as hand luggage. The material and craftsmanship were subpar. I discussed this with the supervisor, Anthony at the Milpitas store whose demeanor was far from helpful. His approach was dismissive and rude, ignoring my concerns. With the manager, Frank, not present and Anthony's unwillingness to arrange a phone conversation, I felt left with no options for resolution. I left my contact info and a review, yet there's been no response from the store

Just called today as I accidentally locked the key and cannot figure out to unlock it. Guy (did not even introduced himself) doesn’t even seem friendly. He asked me to bring this to Macy’s since I bought it there? How can Macy’s help me when this place is the repairer, I thought. So instead of coming to this store, I just went to You Tube tutorial and solve the problem. This employee needs some training on how to courteously respond with customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I needed help with a broken lock on my briefcase and was immediately taken care of. The clerk (I believe it was David but I was exhausted so maybe Daniel (sorry) ) was amazing and knowledgeable. Definitely stop in if you need good luggage!

Bought two luggages. It’s a lot cheaper than buying it from Europe. The lady was so helpful and you can get discount on everything! I will definitely go back here again if I’m in California
