I am an esthetician and have used this product faithfully since 2017. I can’t say enough about the quality and results I have experienced plus people I have used it on loving the clean dewy skin afterwards. On a client who had rosacea, she called the owner of the spa and told her it was the best treatment she had ever received and wanted me to write down everything I used for her next visit. Another client messaged me after sending her the topical c cream and products for her dry skin saying she had spent so much money on products that didn’t help but this in three days was drastically a game changer for her dry skin. I love Sanitas!
I recently worked in a spa that used Eminence skincare and while it was good, it didn’t leave the skin feeling as moisturized or dewy afterwards as Sanitas. I LOVE Sanitas!❤️

I am loving my Sanitas Skincare products. I use their 3-6-9 complex and it has helped moisturize from the inside-out, and it has promoted great gut health! I also love their milk & honey face wash. I have really dry skin and it has helped during Colorado's winter. My absolute favorite product to help moisturize is their Topical C! It feels so great and leaves my skin glowing!

I also love Sanitas customer service. They're super kind and patient on the phone. They sound upbeat. They sound like they're happy to work at Sanitas and that shine through their service.

If i could give Sanitas Skin Care 10 stars i would! Not only is it the best skin care i have found, but its local and they really pride themselves on using only the best ingredients. Also, the shipping time is incredible! Within 24 hours of placing my order online, its delivered! It might help that i live within the same metro area, but still.... Who can deliver products to your door within 24 hrs of placing an order?! Amazing! Love the products and love my skin thanks to Sanitas Skin Care!

I had a hold on my order and reached out to Sanitas and within a day someone responded, took my product off hold and it arrived the next day! Absolutely great customer service! Sanitas products have changed my skins life. Highly recommend if you want naturally glowing happy skin!

I have been using Sanitas for nearly three years. I've tried all sorts of products all the way from different providers to items sold in common stores to items you pay a monthly subscription. Sanitas is not harsh to my skin and has helped with the huge adjustment from the south to the west.
Recently I noticed the bottles of Sanitas decrease in size from 200ml to 120ml without a price change. The design of the bottle also changed when the size changed. Concerned my location was charging too much, I reached out to Sanitas.
I received an email back within days of request from the owner of the company. I had not realized that there had never been a price increase since she opened her business. In the industry of multi family housing, I know all to well price increases and how often they occur.
After great conversation with her, I have to say I am a loyal Sanitas customer not just for the amazing product, but for the exceptional customer service.

If we can just get past packing issues, well be back to 5 stars. I had left a really bad review. Luckily Jan went over, and above to fix my issue today. There is finally someone with excellent customer service skills. If not for her I would of been done ordering. I was with Sanitas since 2005 to about 2011. I took time off skin care. I've been back for a little over a year. There have been issues with products on Back order, just about everytime I order. Which is at least once a month. I had packaged everything that was sent, and returning it. and going with another company.
Update This company is full of lies!! I was told there were not any companies authorized to sell on Amazon, or large corporations online. Yet, here we are out of Sunblock, and the rep just to me to have my clients purchase through Pharmaca. So I loss money, and that client can order everything at 20% off. This company sold out when Ben sold it. Ingredients changed, ethics, and standards are low. Pharmaca, and other retailers are now selling on Walmart.com. DONE!!!

Bought a bottle of Beta Clarifying Cleanser from my esthetician. I set the bottle on the ledge of my tub with all my other products. The bottle fell the short distance into the tub and broke after one use. My esthetician reached out to the company and the company only backs what’s inside the bottle. Never mind the fact that the bottom literally popped off. It’s a shame when a company won’t back the construction of a product, especially when it’s a product used around water. Their poor packaging equals my loss!
