I had a really good experience with secret garden floral. I placed an online order two days before I wanted the arrangement delivered. I upgraded to a deluxe from a standard. They called me the day I placed the order to confirm any floral changes that needed to be made due to available stock. I mentioned I really was hoping to have Iris‘s in the arrangement, they were my friend‘s favorite flower. At the time they weren’t sure if they could find some, but as you can see from the photos they were able to incorporate them. They also sent me a photo of the arrangement before they took it out for delivery less than two days later. The upgrade was well worth the price. My friend absolutely loved the arrangement. Overall, great experience. I would highly recommend this florist.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mom as a thank you and they were absolutely beautiful. They were delivered a day earlier than I scheduled, which I wish they would've told me in case no one was home, but fortunately it all worked out.

I wanted to send flowers to my daughter in Colorado to celebrate an accomplishment. I'm in Ohio and don't know local florists. I picked Secret Garden because they are local and I'm so glad I did. They texted me pictures of arrangement to be sure I was happy. They were gorgeous. It was freezing on delivery day (same day I ordered!) We were in constant communication to make sure someone was around to take the flowers inside. Highly recommend

Our arrangement was beautiful. I was a little disappointed there were no orange flowers like the online version. Otherwise pleased we received updates on delivery and photos of the actual flowers since we do not live local. Photos: What we got vs what we ordered
