NEVER COME HERE. I am a frequent customer here and trusted them with my eyebrows. These past two times the lady has been rough chopped off my side burn & today she did my eyebrows super thin almost leaving me with no hair. My eyebrows are super thin now and when threading my face she was going super hard and fast because another client was there and didn’t want to wait till she was finished. I have an event I am going too now with NO eyebrows. I am never going back. Mind you, I ALWAYS tip

The lady doing my facial had long nails or whatever but i got hurt 3-4 times. Past experiance with haseena was really good but not so good experiance with the new lady. I went with white heads n left with white heads😂😂 she was good with the eyebrows n dats why i allowed her for facial but my bad luck.

I just went in and got my eyebrows done by Jess. She was very quick And to the point. I asked her to clean my eyebrows and shape them just a little bit and she did exactly that! She went with my natural shape and left some hair so I could grow out my eyebrows, I like that she was considerate of the long-term health of my eyebrows. Mediocre customer service, but their services were great and to the point

Don’t make your eyebrows here!!!
Worst service!
Went there for eyebrows and she did it very thin and unequal. Also when I told her so, she didn’t even accept her mistake. Had worst experience! She don’t concentrate on her work and talks continuously with others like she dose not care at all! It was very painful and my skin got redness and rashes! She didn’t applied lotion or any soothing gel. Even I had to ask her apply some powder before doing upper lips! I am visiting another country and now she made me look ugly with her ugly skills of eyebrows making! Never going here again!!!
The other lady who sits on reception, gave me $4 discount only but that can’t give my look with my good eyebrows back!
Very disappointed!!!
I wish them I can give them zero star!!!
