Very horrible experience with a worker named Trina. She was yelling and trying to humiliate the other worker there and talked very rudely to all customers. This is the third interaction with her and has always been a bad experience. Very entitled and speaks in a very unprofessional way to everyone. Please fire her she does not deserve that position! Thank you

Literally everytime I’m here it’s the same two girls restocking and not paying attention to any of the customers in the store. There’s no one around to watch when people are ready to checkout. No one asking if anyone needs help. I have to go and walk up to them myself to checkout. I don’t understand why everytime I’m there they’re restocking a whole entire section. Not just one or two shelves. I’ll go and drive to chandler cuz it’s better vibes in there. This is a new store y’all opened in July you’d think they’d be more on top of things

The older women wasn't pleasant I love smelling the fragrances before purchasing them and it's a known fact after smelling them back to back they all smell the same I politely asked do they have coffee beans her demoner was snobby I will not purchase from there?
