Jackie at this location is extremely rude and condescending. I went in to get a different foundation shade since it's almost winter. I was told by another Sephora employee that they could look up my last color to help me find a new one. I went to this location to get help, mentioned I didn't know my other shade but was told it could she searched and she immediately rolled her eyes and started scoffing. She told me it was impossible to look it up and asked if I still wanted the color match. At this point she pretty much refused to help me or touch my skin over a question. I can't tell if it's discrimination or if was really having that bad of a day but I really couldn't believe her behavior. It was uncalled for and inappropriate. All I did was ask a question.

Girls in there can not explain the products diligently They are just ready to take your money and throw you to the door.
There is no experience here, there is greed here.
Products are super pricey, workers can not make connection with you. Is it some sort of flea market here. Super unclassy hellish experience.

Omg Roxi was so helpful and amazing I was stressed about my urban decay foundation being discontinued after using it for over 10 years! (World war 3 problems, I know ) But Roxi didn’t make me feel that way she took the time and helped me try many brands and shades until we nailed it with Nars! I am still thankful for her!

Giving a Shot out To Jackie at Sephora she went Above and Beyond and she helped with samples as well and signed me up with the store, now Iam forure going to go back and spend my money. Why ? Jackie's customer service was Awesome she took the time to Approach me she didn't bombard me she let me look around and maybe she seen I was having difficulty either way she asked *How am I and *If I needed her services customer service and her *education on many questions ( showed me the products and her recommendations) and I needed help with makeup I her relentless *search for the right foundation shade for me! Now I know exactly what to buy and which products to try adding to my future purchases to add to my shopping thanks to Jackie!!

I came in for my first time, as I don’t typically shop for makeup. Jenny offered assistance and was extremely helpful. I prefer cleaner brands and she spent the time finding the right products and what would actually work for my complexion. She was very kind, friendly, helpful, and didn’t make me feel silly.
I ended up having to return a couple things and her coworker Jen helped me the second time find something else.
They were both helpful and friendly, so overall it was a good experience for me.

I went to exchange a product that I purchased from this store a few days earlier. I had my receipt and only needed to make an even exchange to get the correct color. Even with the receipt scanned into the register and the product showing as being previously purchased, the cashier would not let me make an exchange. She completed a full return. And then I had to buy the replacement product on a new separate transaction. So basically wait for a refund in 3-5 business days and now spend the money again. I asked her why I couldn't just do an even exchange. Her reply to me was that "It's just safer this way". Safer for who?! I had a fully valid receipt! I'm sure an exchange would have been perfectly "safe" if my complexion was lighter!

Very messy, honest, scared to try any of the testers, and didn’t have my foundation brand (Armani Beauty). However, the most significant thing when I got there was that there were no sales associates anywhere. I had two other customers who were standing around waiting. It's not worth it, go to a different location.

I have been a customer with Sephora for years & am a recurring one because of the customer service. Unfortunately my recent experience at this new location was appalling and far from satisfactory.

I had recently purchased a new shade of CC cream by IT at this location because it was the only one that had it in stock closest to me. Unfortunately the shade was not the right fit. Upon returning to exchange the product I was greeted by a young woman With a very unwelcoming attitude. Sure we all have bad days and nowadays if you look a certain way, people will profile you... Long story short after she realized I didnt just wonder in to the wrong department & that I wasn't stealing, I explained my situation and she pointed me to the IT products.

When I got to the counter she asked if I had my receipt, I didn't. No matter because she could have looked me up through my rewards or my debit card that I used to purchase the item. After some time, unable to complete the exchange, she requested her managers support. Jenifer, the manager, walked up & completely ignored me. The store was not busy when I arrived nor was it busy at this time so maybe she was just having a bad day too. As it happens the young woman and I both recieved a training lesson for Sephoras exchange guidelines. Due to the fact that they are such a new store they are unable to look up receipts through the rewards system. So I responded and addressed the manager who was still ignoring me, "is there any way you can exchange this shade for me?" She began to repeat herself as if I didn't just hear her Inform her employee right infront of me. At this point I'm confused as to why I am now debating an exchange of color because they failed to train their employees on their newly updated exchange guidelines before they sold me this product in the 1st place. A curious thing since I was only 1 of 2 customers in the entire store... Long story short after going back-and-forth with the manager Jenifer she finally said she would let me exchange it if I had the debit card I purchased the item with. I had to go all the way out to my car and all the way back in after having spent however long being pulled in all different directions to finally have gotten to the result I was looking for when I 1st walked in. EXHAUSTING, I know. And from management? What a shame. So unprofessional.

I will definitely not be returning to this location and will be sure to spread the word to my friends that they will be treated like this if they have to purchase a product from this Sephora.
