2 liquid eyeliners I got here were dry. First one was unusable so I exchanged it and the new one only lasted like 5 uses before it started to dry up and be difficult to use. I use the same Makeup Forever felt tip liquid eyeliner and this was the only time I had problems with it.

Customer service was way too pushy. I wasn’t even able to speak to my friend about any of the products without a sales person joining in on our conversation. I thanked the sales representatives and let them know I would seek their assistance if needed, but every minute or so another representative was asking me if I needed help. I could understand if there were more than 2 sales associates, but there were only 2. Being continuously “serviced” by the only two representatives was annoying and frustrating. I was asked if I was a Sephora insider 5 times by the same sales representative. The other employee followed me and if I looked at a product, they would grab the nearest product to me (not one I was looking at) and try to show me how it worked. I had several product demonstrations when I was trying to help my friend find a Christmas gift. The demonstrations were for products I wasn’t even shopping for. I found the products I came in looking for, bought them and left. Honestly I would have purchased more if I had a moment to browse without an employee following me around.
Love the store, but I will go to the mall from now on.

There wasn’t a single employee in the entire store and no one at the register. Waited in line for 10 minutes like a fool waiting for someone to ring me up. No one ever came so I ditched my items and left.
