Sephora is not my first stop pretty much ever, nor is Kohls. However, I would come here 1000x again because Luisa is AMAZING. She was extremely knowledgeable but approachable and completely honest. Because of her, I’m buying multiple things I absolutely wouldn’t have considered and am confident (for once) that I was given all the best options from a makeup store, instead of being sold unnecessary or improper things. She cared and actually had a passion for what she does and it shows in her patience, skill and energy. She is truly a badass and deserves all the good things Sephora and this world has to offer. Beauty is a touchy subject but I would trust her a million times again to help the girlies feel beautiful and comfortable in their own skin. 🫶 thank you! Sephora @ powers, never let this gem go!

I came in ,asked questions and Karl DELIVERED. He assisted me by showing me great brands and offered me great advice and provided me with some samples to ensure I got my match correct. Places need more people like Karl, he was very nice and didn’t once make me feel like I was burdening him with questions or trying to rush us out! Will definitely go back to this Sephora because of him.

Amazon returns are awesome, Kohls prices are too top shelf, especially after ordering from Amazon, or even comparable stores. Wow, I got a 15% off coupon for dropping my Amazon return off and wow, can't tell you how many of the other Kohls 10% off coupons were found everywhere I looked, sad not even worth shopping because a 10% coupon was a real savings, can you say greed or is it just another American sad story? Can you say GREEDY CORPS?

Clean store with friendly staff. I was looking for hair care products, but this particular store didn't have what I was searching for. However, they do have a good selection of makeup products with many brands to choose from.

I was at your store today and had 3 items in my basket and an associate asked if she could help. I said I was interested in an eye cream and showed her what I had in my basket. She said let me show you a better product and took me to a product for $68.00. Said the one I picked out for $28.00 wasnt a good one.
I took the 3 products out of my basket and left. When your associated try to sell me the most expensive product that’s when I decide not to use Saphora.

I went to this location an hour before close and even though her shift was almost over , Danie took the time to teach me so much about all things makeup. I really appreciated all her knowledge and patience. Wish I lived closer so I could come here again!
