Do not waste your money. I booked the sinfully serendipitous package and was highly disappointed. This spa advertises lower prices than any other in the area because of the extremely poor quality of the building/room, quality of service, and unprofessionality. I would highly doubt that each staff member is certified for each service that was provided due to the quality of services. I should have walked out as soon as I saw the conditions of the building- the massage room had extremely uncomfortable tables, torn/stained/old unmatches sheets and towels, flooring in the nail room was not installed correctly leaving large ripples that are a tripping hazard, and all equipment that was used looked very old and unclean. While the staff was nice enough, you could tell they were not professionals for the services provided. The pictures that show up when you search this "spa" are not from the current location as they have moved recently and are completely deceiving. Do not waste your time or money.

Amazing and friendly staff. This place is always welcoming. They do wonderful work. It's also affordable to pamper yourself! Let these ladies make you feel beautiful no matter the occasion.

Went in to get my brows done this week. Everyone was super friendly! Melissa did my brows and she was great. Prices are great. Looking forward to more of their services in the future !

Went in for a perm but something went wrong along the way. As there is with everything there's always a risk. I went in initially with this in mind. I've never had a perm and didn't know anything. At the end of the first session I was less than thrilled. I dont know if it was my hair or not but I don't blame the salon for the issue. I reached out to the ladies and they were able to get me back in very quickly to asses everything and we were able to get it reprocessed and fixed and I am so happy that I did because my hair looks 1000 times better this time around. Tifdany C was wonderful, we even talked about nails and she showed me some of her designs, I was sold as soon as i saw them. Thank you Tiffany C. I will even be booking an appointment with her for my nails in the near future.

I've been getting massages from serendipity for about 3 years now. I've always had a wonderful experience. I've had four different massage therapist and all of them have done a terrific job. I am a regular massage customer who goes back on a monthly basis. I recommend friends and family to get massager at

I don't know where to begin with this review. This was my first spa experience and it was honestly a nightmare. The atmosphere of the place is not inviting, very confusing because all you see are multiple doors because it's a former business office. The waiting room & massage room were both very creepy. The entire time I was freezing because I don't believe there was heat circulating throughout the building, and if it was, it was hardly noticeable. I couldn't relax and it definitely wasn't what I envisioned for my first spa experience. I would have canceled as soon as I stepped through the door, but due to their policy, I didn't want to waste $75.

I went to this place for an hour massage .. when I first walked in the building had an awful odor, decor was terrible (dirty water features that didn't work), it was cold (thermostat read 62), staff was all piled up at the front desk eating pizza, when I got back in the room for my hour massage (which lasted 23 minutes) the young girl was very under qualified... she used olive oil and had zero massage techniques...she basically rubbed you as if she was rubbing a baby... then she was playing with her phone the whole time... WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
