Dr. Defatta and his team are very caring and professional. They offer a huge range of services otherwise difficult to find in this area. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the cafe has amazing homemade foods. Very happy I found Seven At River Prairie!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here! My daughter had an appointment with Rachel for the hydrofacial with acne treatment. We both loved Rachel and my daughter was absolutely glowing when she left. I had a consult with the Visia analysis, botox injections, and a new skin care regimen. I was a little nervous because this was my first time trying botox, so I specifically looked for a board certified doctor, and I'm so happy I did. Dr. DeFatta was very patient and knowledgeable and he explained all of my options. I was very happy with the plan he suggested and I felt completely comfortable during the procedure. I also saw awesome results very quickly! I was so impressed with the gorgeous facility and the kindness, professionalism, and approachability of the staff, and I couldn't recommend them more.

Gorgeous facility. You’ll forget where you are. Love Dr. Robert DeFatta. So friendly and amazing at what he does. Shout out to Mary and Colleen! All staff is so great, but love those two! Wide variety of world class treatments available. I am so happy to have Seven here, and so glad to have such a great doctor I can trust.

The ladies at Seven as well as Dr Robert DeFatta are all so skilled at what they do! I’m always treated with kindness and professionalism. The facility is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend this place for all your needs including beauty products!! I love their tinted sunscreen as well.

The staff & Dr. DeFatta are amazing! They are professional and kind and they educate you on the services offered and what is best for you. I received a tour and a treatment at the spa. The spa is beautiful and clean. They offer services here that no one else provides in the Chippewa Valley. Check them out for all your services and products!

I just had an amazing Chrome Naturapeel with Rachel at Seven At River Prairie and my skin looks and feels amazing! Rachel is great at what she does and the spa is beautiful. I highly recommend their services. My sister tells me I’m aging backwards!

Hands down the best med spa in the area. Dr DeFatta and his staff are exceptional! I trust him. Everyone is super friendly and very inviting. After going to a few different places I can truly say I’ve found my place. I’m currently undergoing the laser hair removal treatments and am so excited - Rachel is great! Dr DeFatta has been doing my Botox and I couldn’t be happier! Wonderful place. It’s beautiful in there. The bistro is great, too!

After receiving radio frequency Micro needling and CO2 laser my visia age is 10 yrs younger!
Equipment is top line and Abbey was so gentle and sincere! She recommended the Alumier MD tinted sunscreen to protect my investment and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it!!!! I don’t need any foundation or bronzer anymore.
