I bought a pair of sunglasses from this shop over a year ago and one of the screws came out recently. I stopped in just to ask if they could do anything and a man fixed them in 5 minutes. Such great customer service!

This is by far the best store in the area to purchase sunglasses. They have an unbelievable selection and the customer service is incredible. Allen was FANTASTIC! I came in looking for prescription glasses. He narrowed down which frames looked best on me while explaining how each shape affected my face structure and taking careful consideration of my concerns and preferences. In the ordering process he explained things I didn't even think to ask about. Never in the dozens of eye doctor's offices and frame stores I've been to have I worked with an optician so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

So, I am clueless about sunglasses. But after buying cheap no-frills pairs for years, that I rarely wore consistently, I decided to invest in my eyes and get help from the Pros at Shades at Jackson Hole. They listened to my needs,/issues offered helpful suggestions and were very patient as I tired on pair after pair. I eventually got a pair that I would NEVER have selected on my own and I could not be happier. They fit beautifully, give me great protection and more importantly I actually WANT to wear them every time I go out. Highly recommend them. Great customer service and they know a thing or two about sunglasses. Give them a try!

I came to Jackson Hole on vacation for a week and was looking for a new pair of Aviators. The staff helped me with all kinds of different brands and were very friendly. I ended up choosing the Costa South Point sunglasses. Ask for Ethan he was very friendly both days I went in and was able to help me choose the right pair. Overall a great place with a HUGE selection if you looking for a new pair of shades.

Great people! I needed my sunglasses repaired and was looking to buy one of those kits and the guy just offered to fix it for free right there. Then they gave us a great lunch recommendation. I didn't buy any sunglasses but the selection looked great.

Came here with an extremely specific pair of glasses in mind. The guy worked with me for upwards of 30 minutes and was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up not purchasing anything, but he still cleaned my current glasses on my way out. Great guy, good selection, very patient.
