Went in and needed a short length of tubing. Saw an associate in the fittings section and he immediately helped me out. He cut the length I needed and walked me over to another section to where I was interested in some sockets.
Steve was very helpful and happy to do so.
Very wonderful customer service!
At the checkout I mentioned that the popcorn smelled good and the cashier asked if I would like some.

They were so helpful to me. I came in and asked where they have their shopping carts at. The associate pointed to above them at the cash register. She got out a ladder and climbed it 3 times to get the cart. Not only that, she gave me popcorn! She was amazing!!!!

Great hardware store. It's so well organized and clean and a lot of staff to help you find whatever you're looking for. They have a nursery and garden section with a good selection of plants and supplies for you to check out. You will find what you need to improve your home and more. This ace is a friendly place!

Shafer's is great for the odd thing or two you might need. Bought gutter hangers here when everywhere else was sold out. I like they have Benjamin Moore paint - that’s a real plus. I also buy 2 x 4s here because they are generally cleaner, even if they are a tad more in price. I use the reward app which gets me discounts. My pup loves it here because she always gets a treat! It’s a no fuss place where the staff are not bugging you as you look around, but are still there in case you have a question.
