Apparently goodwill giftcards expire!?! Even if you just got it a month ago! So hundreds of dollars people spend on them get wasted because people can't use them after the 31st. I thought goodwill was a joke before, this is the cherry on top. I will no longer be shopping here ! Unreal.

No point going anymore. Everything good is posted online. Anything that is in store is overpriced. Not worth stopping here for anything anymore.

Clean, and priced fairly for most items. Employees have always been pleasant and helpful.

I have thrifted and visited many different Goodwill stores since my first child was born 30 years ago. I have to say that this region's GW stores are among the better ones I have frequented over the years living in IL, CO, and WI.

Selection was excellent. Our cashier was very grumpy unfortunately. Put everything in one bag, 3 hardcover books and 2 pairs of jeans and the bag didn't last till the door.

Took a friend out to China to pick up his girlfriend. I was close to Goodwill so I decided to stop. A friend of mine needed a toaster I managed to find one there. They had two toasters one was made by Black & Decker I didn't know they made toasters

If I could give a zero I would. #1 this stuff is given to them and they charge way more than needed.
#2 did you know that those with special needs get very limited funding from them.
#3 they are the only store I know of that will threaten you as you calmly walk around the store with a misdemeanor of disorderly conduct because you won't wear a mask.

My daughter and I went in for some records and they had some. But when we checked out the lady asked me if I wanted to round up. I said no. She got mad at me and wouldn't even say goodbye after I did. Not sure why she took that so personally.
