Very friendly, and well stocked.

I went there to pick up a few items for a project. The lady let me in early (a couple minutes before opening) and helped me find everything.

The store had everything I needed.

The lady also offered to let me take a few loaner tools to finish project.

Overall, the friendliest hardware store I’ve been to.

Go here!! The Sheridan Commercial Company is more than just a hardware store, it’s an experience. This place has everything (okay, almost everything) and will help you find what you need and solve your problems. They still know what parts are and how to fix things. But their team is what really makes them great. Customer service is not dead, at least not this store. You won’t find better folks to help you out.

This was my 3rd hardware store that day. I was looking for a part to hook up a portable dishwasher. I was sold 2 wrong things and was so frustrated by this time. Everyone was so nice and based on pictures, found the correct part, gave me good advice, and asked that I call and let them know how it went. Next time they will be my first stop.

Nice selection if a little bit of everything! Had just what I needed. Folks were very friendly. The individual screws, bolts selection is really deep. All in all a great store!

Had Easy Care interior paint mixed. One of the gallons was thin. Janelle called us back and said bring it back. John and Janelle mixed us a new can, and it worked beautifully. A great place with a staff that live and treat customers honestly and ethically.

Why shop local? What happens if what you buy has issues? The friendly team at SC helps find a solution. They went out of their way to problem solve and even offered to stop by the house to try and help us fix our Traeger grill.

This place is awesome. It's great having an independent hardware store, right downtown. Can you believe this is their 100th year in the same location?! They have a little bit of everything, and their staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Forget the Home Despot - shop here first.
