Dr. Bateman was my ENT as a young woman (20's) - He's now my sons and will be mine again before long (now 40's). He's incredibly intelligent, and really makes sure his patients are receiving the right care, even if this means referring out to other physicians. He takes the time to oversee each individual, and makes recommendations, opposed to simply looking for another dollar to line the pocket. He's a genuine professional. I highly recommend him for adult and children's needs. The staff are phenomenal, courteous, and highly personable!

Dr. Bateman saved my life several years ago!! Right about the time that a wonderful young woman friend had just dropped dead from an aneurysm in her brain. Dr. Bateman was trying to determine why I had trouble swallowing and he thought he saw something he couldn’t discern. He had an X-ray taken with contrast and a rather large aneurysm was found at the base of my skull. I had no symptoms or pain from it. The closest doctors who could work on such a dangerous position were at the Colorado School of neurosurgeons. It took 4 months to get everything set up and they encircled the site with special pins. They can’t remove aneurysms from that position, too dangerous. I get X-rays several times a year to make sure it’s still enclosed. Dr. Bateman is the best and I go in once a week for allergy injections and his staff are the friendliest women I’ve ever seen in physicians offices. Cassie his nurse gives me the injections and is great at it and so accommodating!! Love everything about this place and people!!!

Very friendly staff!! Were super flexible and understanding in terms of payments, Doctor Bateman was amazing and went out of his way to help save me money. Recommended me to a dermatologist because I'm a medical mystery right now, but it was a lovely visit!

I appreciated how down-to-earth Dr. Bateman was, he advised to wait on getting my child's tonsils out. Some Doctors can be overly eager to do surgery, but I got the impression that he is very reasonable. This was our follow-up appointment, and I thought his advice to wait and see how things go overtime was sound. Staff are very kind and efficient!

I’ve had mixed experiences here. His nurse is nice and it’s relatively easy to get an appointment. However, it’s hit or miss for whether Dr. Bateman will spend the time with you where you don’t feel rushed and have the opportunity to ask questions and understand what is going on. Also, I have had a consistent issue with trying to get my prescriptions refilled. The latest is I have called 4 times over the last 3 weeks requesting a refill. I have run out now, and I still don’t know the status of the refill is other than that they were “waiting on an authorization” and didn’t know when that would be. Very frustrating experience.
