They are efficient and also answer questions if you have them. One pharmacist came out and sat with me outside the Cafe to make sure I understood and could ask questions. They are fast too. Probably because they're inside the hospital.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We were told we HAD to switch pharmacies to fill my stepson's prescription here. Earlier this week, his doctor wrote a prescription for a different dose. The pharmacy neglected to inform his parents OR his doctor that it was not in stock and it could not be ordered. We found out by checking on the status today, expecting it to be ready, as he needs the medication tomorrow.

The pharmacist or technician my wife spoke to was very unconcerned and hardly apologetic. He said they "try" to contact patients in this event, but it was a holiday weekend.

Thanks to this pharmacy's negligence and lack of patient care, we have had to scramble this morning to find another pharmacy to fill the prescription that our child needs to function. We will be switching pharmacies immediately and warning all we know to stay far away.

If I could give less than a one star I would. I took my business elsewhere years ago due to this same reason, but due to circumstances I had to come here. No matter how much time has passed since calling in any script, I ALWAYS end up waiting at least half an hour. Even though like today, I was even the only one here, I’m still waiting

There are two hospital pharmacy locations. This one is located inside the hospital building east wing. The other is in a historic building at 1 main street. Both pharmacies usually have other services, like durable equipped. The business is family owned and operated. Highly recommended.
