Doctor Franklund is one of the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever been to. She help me when I had my cancer and did a great job doing a hysterectomy on me. And follow ups. Dr Franklund and her nurses are fantastic. Her nurse, Sara, is so sweet and comforting. Dr Franklund can handle very serious issues and make you feel completely at ease. I have no idea how she does it. It is very intimidating to go to the doctor, and her expertise and demeanor make it so much easier.

Most of the doctors are fantastic at making you feel comfortable, especially Dr. Franklund. She is so wonderful and easy to talk to. It is hard to find a Dr. who is so down to earth and really talks to you like a human being and not just another number.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. This clinic is absolutely ridiculous. They cancelled on me just 4 hours before the appointment after waiting about 2-3m for this appointment in the first place. Then reschedule me over a month out because that's all they have available. Will be looking for alternative options since this is not reliable.
