Shibuyala at Santa Anita is super spacious and has so many cute products/items from Japan. You can buy snacks, makeup, insert coins in the many gachapon machines, and more. The prices are somewhat reasonable with the products. Plenty of store associates work to accommodate the line. It's a brightly lit business.

Shibuyala is the best when it comes to Japanese cosmetics/food/products in general. I've been to their locations in Irvine and Rowland Heights and I swear their buyer/item selection team is IMMACULATE. They always have the best items and their prices are so reasonable too! As someone that's part Japanese and uses a bunch of Japanese products daily, shibuyala is a blessing. My jaw was on the floor when I found out that they sell Curel and Fancl brand items. Not to mention, this location has a bunch of Sanrio items!! I do wish that they'd sell hair spray (for my bangs lol) but I'm guessing those are hard to import.

Anyways, shibuyala is the best and I can spend hours and hours in here.

I love Shibuyala, I've visited two of their other locations, and this is probably my absolute favorite. It's so big and there are so many products. I love Japanese and Korean skincare, especially their sunscreena, and I love that they have samples to swatch, especially since there's nothing worse than buying a sunscreen ans then realizing it leaves white cast behind. As far as I'm concerned, this is the main event at the santa anita mall.

Really cute Japanese cosmetics store. Brand new open next to the kids play area on first floor. There are lots of snacks, pens, lotions, etc.

Love this place and checking out Japanese and Korean beauty products I otherwise would not have found, especially since I prefer to shop in person more than online. They have all sorts of testers out for lip products so it is nice to see what would look good on my brown skin (by searching of course.) The atmosphere is nice at the store.

I particularly decided to make this review, though, because Madelyn helped me out and left a wonderful impression. I was asking about mascaras, specifying that I was looking for something that separates the lashes well for a more "dolly" look. She was so knowledgeable about the mascaras and had tried a few of the products herself before. She really went out of her way to help me and was so friendly! I'll definitely come back

The store had a decent amount of skincare and healthcare products, but if you are looking for makeup, do be aware that there are minimal shades available (often very light) and most of the popular items are sold out. If you are considering coming to this store for stationary or anime related merchandise, the prices are unreasonably high for most items. However, the store has an overall nice ambiance.
