I have been seeing Ashley at Shine Bright for the past 3 months to work on some chronic pain through massage therapy.
From the start Ashley listened intently to what I was feeling and what I wanted to work on. I left my first appointment with notable pain relief that has continued to ease with each session. I can't say how grateful I am! I am going to continue with my monthly massage appointments to maintain the progress on my pain, but also all the other physical and mental improvements I didn't even expect to feel, but am so happy with!

OMG staff is freaking amazing!!!!! And the communication about your appointment is on point. Now I go for massage and my girl is Ashley. I have worked with her over the years and she know muscles and the body so well and is able to massage and move thing in a way that you heal and stay healed I have never ever been in the hands of someone who knows what they are doing she is amazing!!!
