I ordered an item from Shop-Orthopedics and received it very quickly. It turned out that I did not actually need to use the item in my surgical recovery, but they gave me instructions on how to return and package the item. I followed up to make sure it was received as listed on my tracking slip and they confirmed it was received and they issued me a refund. I am very pleased with the responses I received to my inquiries and would consider purchasing products from them in the future.

Great site. Terrific customer service. Could not find power cord to our cold therapy unit and ordered replacement from here. Of course shortly after ordering cord was found. I emailed customer support requesting to cancel and they canceled immediately. Very happy with this company. Natcha was very helpful.

I highly recommend using Shop-Orthopedics. We ordered a knee brace for my daughter that arrived on schedule and as advertised. Unfortunately, her volleyball league would not allow this type of brace to be worn in a game. I emailed Shop-Orthopedics and they immediately responded to me with return instructions. They accepted my return and refunded my money. I ordered another brace from them that my daughter can wear, and it arrived ahead of schedule. I will definitely use them in the future.

By far the best customer service I have ever received from Natcha. I was responded to promptly and my issue was resolved a lot faster than I expected. Natcha kept me informed the entire time where I did not have to reach out on my own and get a status update. Will be purchasing from them again in the future if needed.

I ordered a knee brace a month ago, and unfortunately, it started to come apart after a short period of use. I reached out for assistance and was connected with Natcha. She was incredibly quick to respond and provided outstanding customer service. Natcha was not only extremely helpful but also made the process of getting a replacement seamless.

I order the wrong ankle brace. I email them to let them know about ordering the wrong one. Natcha email me back very quickly and change the order to the correct ankle brace. Thanks Natcha for the quick response and correcting my order. Great Customer Service!
