Sierra Timberline

Couldn't possibly say enough positive things about Sierra Timberline. They handled a pellet stove fireplace insert installation and a fireplace re-tile. Very knowledgeable, extremely professional, outstanding workmanship. No surprises at any point in the process. Might be one of the best experiences I've ever had.

We are loving our new Lopi Evergreen woodstove! Salesperson Dan was very patient with my many MANY questions over several weeks while I decided between Vermont Castings and Lopi woodstoves and gathered quotes from other area dealers. He provided insights and, when he didn't know answers (particularly details about the 26% tax credit and stove model comparisons), he'd research them and get back to me quickly via email. We had to have our old stove removed prior to install so I could build a larger hearth. Dan arranged a flexible scheduling for the work and Brian and another tech whose name I didn't catch arrived on time and provided excellent service to bring down our 19ft stove pipe and remove the stove. Brian had to climb up on to our loft ledge and reach in a terrifying direction to unhook the final section. Weeks later, when the hearth was ready, Nic and Kris made our difficult install (remember, 19ft stove pipe + angle pipes) look easy. All onsite techs were very patient with my and my dog's intrigue with their jobs and they kept explaining and advising throughout the process. We opted for the fan for the back of our stove and it was a little noisy. I called Dan and he arranged for Brian to come out the following Monday (2 days later). Brian fixed it quickly, explaining what he was doing the entire time. Brian also advised me how to properly vent the stove when starting a fire, something that had confused me with the more complex modern stove. So, to summarize, lots of great advice and insights from all involved, I did get multiple quotes and Sierra Timberline had the best price in the area, excellent service, excellent removal and install service, and excellent post install service. Just an all-round great experience. I highly recommend Sierra Timberline for your new woodstove.

We are very pleased with our new Quadra-Fire Pellet Stove. Jared in sales was very thorough and patient while helping us choose the right stove for our home. The installation crew did a great job and made sure everything was working correctly, before leaving (the whole installation took less than 3 hours). The stove is working beautifully to heat our home and we are very happy with our decision to get our stove from Sierra Timberline. We highly recommend visiting them if you’re interested in any type of stove or fireplace insert.

JC assisted me during my recent visit and went above and beyond to make sure that the patio set was complete and that I was happy with my purchase.

Will and Brian did a first class installation of our new Regency U39 stove. All work inside and outside was performed competently and efficiently. We were kept fully informed during the installation process and frequently asked for our feedback and approval on the installation details. The complete installation and cleanup took 2 hours. We are completely satisfied with the product and the Sierra Timberline team.

After months of attempting to hire competent and available stove experts, I contacted Sierra Timberline. Their stove expert, Aaron, was sent to my house. He’s modest and will disagree that he’s an expert. Aaron was not out once, but twice. The first time to troubleshoot what other stove companies could not figure out, the second to get the job done after the correct parts could be ordered. Aaron had no problem contacting his experts when he came across something he was not absolutely certain of. He did not leave until everything was triple checked for safety after installing my Jotul gas fireplace. Aaron’s commitment to accuracy, timeliness, professionalism, customer safety and satisfaction are clearly at the top of his list. If you are in need of having your heat stove serviced, have an issue with anything heat stoves, Sierra Timberline is the place to call. I thought Nic & Chris were fantastic installers they took great care on the installation of our new stove They had great attention to details and workmanship was fantastic I was amazed at Andrew the estimator for his great knowledge and over view of what was to be done And last but not least For the sales Team Jerod @ Lauren they we very knowledgeable about their products We spent 5 different trips going back to the store trying to decide on which stove to go with and we r very happy with there help Thank you to the fantastic team they have their at Sierra Timberline Thank you very much Bob

Our beautiful new Wood stove insert that Carol helped us with, was just installed and we couldn't be happier. Nic and Brian did the installation and were amazing!
